HELP!!! Alamo rental

Help fellow travelers! I am renting a car at MCO on Saturday morning. I have a good rate, but I joined the insider program so i could add the husband. I cannot for the life of me figure out how to modify the reservation to add my insider # before I add him as a driver. Can anyone help????

Call Alamo's customer service. Or, make a new reservation signing in under the Insider's log in.

Be careful they have been known to change your rate. You might be better waiting and doing it at the counter

The rate can change at the counter also. If you do it by phone, ask what the total is, if it is not the same, ask why not and have it corrected. The wait at the counter can be very very long. If you do it via phone, then you can use the kiosk, add the spouse and go to the garage.

I have never been able to add partner name at kiosk with Insider alone (have with a code, like Costco). It always wants to charge me.

I have been successful at the desk or at the booth.

Well that was my issue - I want to use the kiosk and not have to stand at the desk. So i guess I will call today and ask. Ugh.

It always shows a charge(it is a default setting), but, it will not carry over to the total with the Insiders membership. If it does, by some chance, the charge can be removed at the exit booth.
