We've suddenly decided that we *might* bring my dd's best friend with us to WDW in June. I have to make reservations next week, but we haven't decided for certain whether to take her, or even if her mother will let her go.

Should I go ahead and make ADRs for 7? And, if she doesn't get to go, what do I do about that extra person on my reservation? Do I have to go back and drop her and make new reservations for each of our 20+ restaurants???

TIA for any help you can give me.

I would include her on the ADRs for now. If it turns out she doesn't go with you, I'd try to adjust as many adrs as possible. If there are any that cannot be adjusted, I would just show up and tell the CM one of your party will not be there and that you are now a party of 6.

Yeah go ahead and make them for 7 and then if she doesn't go then just call and they will be able to reduce the number.

Include her unless you are certain she is not coming. It is much easier to remove a person later than it is to add one.

Definately add her now! We made ADR's for 7 in September and twice they tried to sit us at a table for 6 people. Not fun when told well someone could sit on a corner.
