HELP ADRs...Error E02020305001

I attempted to pull up one reservation that the system let me book this AM at 6 for our first night and now I can't see it. I couldn't book passed my arrival date since it gave me the error when attaching my ressie. *SIGH* So I called at 7am and while I got everything I wanted I think I need to change something. I hate calling when I know I have an online option. :confused3

Here's what I tried and it worked! I was using Internet Explorer and always got the error code. Then based on a previous poster, I downloaded (for free) the Firefox browser. On this browser I was able to get in, when at the same time on Internet Explorer I couldn't. I tried it a couple days prior to my window opening.

Once I got in on Firefox, it allows you to save the page when exiting. I set up multiple tabs with each of my restaurants and saved it all when exiting. Every time I went in the next 3 days, I was able to get on. Including today which was my window. I got all my reservations.

Good luck.

I have tried several times this weekend to get in and kept getting that error message too. Then I tried my other computer - a newish netbook - and got in with no problems several different times! :yay: Both are running Windows XP and using IE. So I think it must be something to do with my older PC, probably the cookies as someone suggested above or some other file or program causing the conflict.

I tried to retrieve my reservation. I got the Error. I logged in and tried again, same error. Now I was juts trying in anticipation of my 90 days. But I then wanted to at least see how ADRs worked. I was able to book most MK resort 8 am breakfasts for this coming friday. It accepted me as a logged in user, and would give me the reservation for the meal.

I am not going to WDW on Friday so I have no bookig reservation, I am not sure how they connect the 2. I was told retrieving your reservation for ADRs is key for not leaving credit card for some of the signature dining, your disney dining plan resssie attached to your booking will take care of this. BUT if they can't atach the ADR to your booking then I guess we're out of luck.:confused3

I wil try on my 90 days - I find the system VERY slow, and this is on our brand new "super" laptop.

I had to come back and post again. Tonight, I was looking at the online system - actually for someone else who was having trouble. I didn't enter in anything - not even logged into the Disney page, just went to the dining page and checked availability for something in December.

After a long time of searching for what I asked for, the system came back with this error code in red:

INVALID LAST NAME

WTH?
:sad2:

My 90+10 window just opened up today (trip 1/13-1/18) but so much for booking online! I have been getting this error since 3. I'm throwing in the towel for now and will try to call in my ADRs later this morning.

This seems to be an error dealing with the 4/3 bookings. Before getting 4/3, I was on free dining. 4/3 was a better deal for my solo trip, so I changed it to the 4/3 deal. Before then, I could access online. Afterwards, I could not.

All of my dining reservation are made NOT linking my resort reservation.

I kept getting that same error message when I tried doing the 90+10 reservations and just gave up and did them day by day. Got everything we wanted for restaurants and times, hope others have the same good luck.

I just want to thank everyone who recommended downloading FireFox!

I have been trying to pull up my reservation for days (we have the b5g2 deal), but kept getting the error message. I just downloaded the FireFox a few minutes ago and it pulled my reservation right up :yay:.

I am ready for 3am on October 27th.

And thank you to all the Disers who wrote about getting in the system @ 3am as well!

I've been getting the error for weeks and called to make my reservations last Friday. I tried to log in again this morning and I finally could get it! I've been using Firefox the whole time, do not have a 4/3 reservation, and had cleared my cookies as others had suggested. So who knows what the issue was but I'm glad I can get in since I always end up switching my ADRs around!

I got that message when I used Internet Explorer, but when I tried Mozilla Firefox it worked. Coincidence? Maybe. But worth a shot, no?

When trying to deal with this error code, I was finally able to get thru when I tried my old desktop (windows XP computer). I have no idea why this helped. So if you have a few computers, try them.

Firefox is the browser I use here and I still got it.

Firefox allows you to search for cookies - search for everything that includes "disney" and delete those cookies. This cleared up the problem for me on three different computers. It also leaves in place the "good" cookies you already have, for remembering usernames and default pages and such.

I'm normally skeptical towards browser fixes that say "delete your cookies", but in this case, it does indeed seem to be a cookie issue.
