Help a newbie out! Planning 1st DVC vacation.....

We are trying to get a vacation together for my family & the IL's for the end of August - SIL is a teacher and we have developer points that expire Sept 16th. How hard will it be to get a 2 bedroom at SSR? Would it be easier to get a 1 BR and a studio?

It should not be difficult to get a two bedroom at SSR at 7 months out. Enjoy your trip.

You shouldn't have a problem with either option, SSR is huge! We never have trouble booking there, even last minute! Good Luck & enjoy.

Decide if you want a dedicated 2 bedroom or a lock off. You should be able to get your pick at 7 months out.

Many school districts have already started school by Mid-August or so, basically making the summer crunch time passed.

You'll be fine for the end of August.
