Help! 25th Anniversary TA trip in peril!

I hope there's someone who can help with advice. This will be our first Disney cruise, and it's for our 25th anniversary. It's a BIG deal! My husband booked our Disney Magic cruise for September 2011 through AAA, and did not want to pay the exorbitant hotel fee, so we went on line and booked our own through Expedia. Saved a ton of money! AAA charged us $75 per person to opt out of the hotel, but we still saved. Now, they call & say that Delta is charging us $200 per person more for the airfare because we opted out of the hotel!

Has anyone had this happen?? We don't want to cancel our trip, but it feels like they are gouging us.

Any help?
