wow, you guys have been way to busy for me to possibly catch up. I just got back from the mall, i took my very soon to be 13 year old daughter birthday shopping. she got some really cute clothes all on sale. i almost saved as much as i spent. so anyways, i am starting dinner soon and i am trying to finish my laundry. i really really wish i had tomorrow off from work. the kids get to stay home, if i was smart i would have put in for it last week. my husband is a little ticked off at me. he is a hunter/fisher kind of guy and wanted to buy our daughter a new rifle for her birthday. i said no, it is to much. and i don't think he was very pleased with me. i feel he should sell her old one first.and she really wanted it as well, so i look like the jerk of course!

Oh man, we're moving so fast that I almost missed that you posted!! That cannot do.

Great job on the savings today though. I always feel good when I can save a little money by spending a little money.

It is a new recipe, but yes, chicken. pasta, bacon, cream and Parmesan cheese. And a few seasonings.

you are too funny. i guess i really didn't realize how bad that sounded, buying a rifle for a 13 year old! She's not allowed to bring it to school or anything. she likes to shoot. and we practice shooting in the summer months. she thinks she would like to hunt with her father. i don't know how she will do, she is a animal lover.

i think guns are fine if used properly. we have a gun safe where we keep ours. but if someone breaks into our home, they will get a bullet in the head!!

Don't worry, I don't think you're being difficult or anything. We all have our views on it and I get curious about everyone elses too.

For me, I don't believe in gun ownership period. It causes more problems than it solves as far as I'm concerned. And I mean gun ownerships period for civilians. I just detest them. I especially do not think they belong in the home period and I refuse to ever live in a home with a gun.

I don't begrudge anyone who has different views so long as I don't have to participate in anything where guns are involved, lol.
