Yeah we are really close! I don't live with my mum or my brother and I think thats what makes us close, because we aren't forced to be close.

God, I hope I don't get the flu. I don't know what it is and I just hope it goes away fast. The last time I felt like this I was horribly sick for a week. I actually blacked out in the shower. I had to sit down for a minute because that's what it felt like was going to happen if I didn't.

And I'm so pathetic. I feel so horrible for calling in sick. I've called in sick once in the past 5 years. And today was a bad day for me to get sick work wise.

My mom just got out of the hospital, she was in there for 2 days with the flu. She got really dehydrated at work and I had to take her there Friday, it is a nasty bug. She even got her flu shot this year and it didn’t help....

And I wouldn’t feel guilty if I were you! There’s a lady here at my job who literally calls in sick every week! She should feel guilty LOL!

On a different subject, do you ladies ever have trouble with hangnails? I have 3 very painful ones on my fingers and they are driving me NUTS! No matter what, I always have to pull them out and then they cause the sides of my fingers to get so red and painful.
