Not sure about the tickets, last I heard the military guy had to be one of the persons in attendance at the park. For a hotel, very much aloud. The hotel wants the name of the persons staying in the hotel and money. I don't think this was a Disney hotel.

wow, then that is a awesome deal. go for it!!!:cool1:

On both of these notes. Regarding haircuts I have always been curios what it cost for a haircut on Maintstreet USA MK?

Is it possible for a family member to book a room in SOG or purchase park tickets if the family member isn't visiting with you?

Pretty sure SOG is for military and thier imidiate family (wife and kids). When I was in the military, we just went to our PX and bought tickets. They weren't attached to anyone. Things may have changed recently. I have to talk to my littlest bro and find out what can and can't be done.

I'm soooo beyond stoked!!! Hubby is already throwing different travel dates out. He's trying to go with holidays so he doesn't have to burn up too much vacation days. I wanna stear clear of holidays, I'm very aware that those are the most busiest and I actually want to enjoy myself, not fight crowds.

Hi guys.

Just kind of doing a quick drive by. :car: My beloved WBG shared his flu/bug germs with me and I am feeling like crud but I cannot stay away forever.

Kristen, I have a few friends over on the WDW side that have done the different holidays there. I can connect you with them if you have questions for them.

I would really avoid those at WDW. Unlike DLR where the trips are short and a three day weekend means three busy days. A single holiday means the whole week gets busy. Even if it's a Monday holiday people visit the whole week before or the week after. Try to burn and extra day or two and get there at a slower time.

I have so many questions. If they have families and went with little ones, that would be great:thumbsup2 any help I can get would be much appreicated.

I'm pushing for early to mid October. My thinking is lower crowds, tamer weather, and MNSSHP.

That sounds really good.

Before someone say , watch out for hurricanes, remember that season runs from June through December. So the peak is half way through, that's end of August the 3rd month and beginning of September the 4th month. So you are on the downside of it all. Colder than the upside but for sure more compfortable than hot sweaty July.

Just remember as you get planning ADRs, reservations, that MNSSHP is more nights a week in MK than DL. So you will want to plan the MK days more carefully. Also know since it doesn't have the awesome Space and HM that DL has thier party is a little weak but still wildly popular.

Likewise be aware of the Food and Wine festival in Epcot that runs most of the Fall. LM might not like it as much as the parents do!

All in all, I would October out of all the fall months for WDW.

Isn't it sick what men are able to pay for a haircut?

I have been looking for a new style for mine and I am not seeing anything that strikes my fancy.

i know, i really want a new hairstyle. i need a haircut so bad. i can't get in until thursday though. i always wait until my hair is driving me crazy and then i call to get in with my hairdresser and can't get in for a week. i really need to start thinking ahead.

GOOD MORNING! Happy Saturday everyone!!! I hope your weekend goes well. I am stuck at work today for a bit lol but still happy that it's the weekend ^_^

Little Monkey got his hair cut once for $5.

I can beat that. I got mine cut a long time ago for $4. It was right next to Camp Pendalton and the barber didn't use scissors to cut anyone's hair in there. He has fast with the clippers no matter the style.

Good afternoon peeps! Had a great morning, breakfast with some girlfriends and then one of my girlfriends texted me, she got us tickets to see Katy Perry in August :woohoo: It sounds like a party to me ...

So, member yesturday I said it was a possibility for an October Disneyworld trip? So it's a definate, we are on for WDW!!! And to make things better, I have a brother who is a FL resident and in the military. He's more than happy to let me use him to bring our costs down. He was saying he got a 6 person suit for $55 a night.
How exciting :goodvibes
