I got one called Left to Die by Lisa Jackson. I don't remember if she was one you recommended or if she was on a list on the book site, but it sounded really good. Just haven't been able to get started on it yet. I've had the time, just been procrastinating a bit for some reason.
hello everyone
hello everyone
I like Lisa Jackson. I am reading this book called "Dead Witch Walking" and it really is good.
Sounds interesting. Who is it by?

Hi there!! How was school today Kristen?
Hmmm, I'll have to add that to my ever growing list! Boy do I ever love my e-reader!
Me too. I can carry a ton of books with me at one time and they are lighter than one book. I have a bunch of mp3s on it so I can listen to music while I read. It's a win-win. I want to get a spare battery for mine so that when Scotty races I am sure to be able to turn it on and listen to my music too.
I am not sure I can listen to music on mine, but I've always got my iPhone on me which can do that. And my battery is USB, but it lasts up to two weeks on a charge, so I don't usually have to worry much about it. I am looking forward to having it for the plane ride.
I went for a bike ride with the kids today, about 10 miles. By myself it would have been a piece of cake, but Little Monkey is in the baby trailer. He likes to move around. 40lbs of bouncing drag on a 10 mile ride is fantastic workout.

That sounds like a good workout for sure! 10 miles is quite the ride with a 3 year old.
Oh I can bet it was quite a work out. I'll bet he really enjoyed himself.
He loves it. He likes to pretend we're going over bumps. Or sometimes he'll be singing a made up song, drinking his sippy and eating pretezles.
i am sitting and relaxing. we just had a house full of screaming 13 year old girls over for DD13's birthday. I am happy to have my house quiet again. i think i need a drink.
A strong one at that I am sure. Have one for me too.![]()
she had a nice time, so it was all worth it. but boy those girls are noisy. I'm good for another year.![]()
I'll bet. When my son's best friend comes over the two of them are loud, but you add my daughters and the boys seem quiet.Girls get to giggling and they get noisy. But, you know what? I love that happy sound.
