Because Duffy is adorable!

The whole Duffy thing is so popular isn’t it? Especially overseas. My sis bought a Duffy back in 2003 before he was Duffy, he was just “hidden mickey bear”. He had a cute little reindeer outfit on and a bell collar...I sold him on Ebay for her a few months back for around $300 dollars to a girl in Japan, apparently they go for ridiculous amounts of money on ebay...

He is, he is. Man, I'm totally sucked in, aren't I?

I can hardly wait to hug him on Wednesday.

I just read the blog on the Vinylmation. And if memories serve me right I watched someone do that in DCA at the shop connected to Animation. It reminded me of roulette almost. It truly is a gamble isn't it?

Yeah, he is huge at Tokyo Disney, but is still pretty new at DLR and WDW. I absolutely love him though. Too, too, too cute. Too cute. Now we just need more things for Duffy.

Don't feel bad, it is easy to get sucked into things. I have started collecting, "Trail of Painted Ponies." They are basically hand painted horses. DH brought me back one from Texas a few years back, and i'm hooked. When we went on our trip this past summer i think i came back with 8 more i added to my collection. i know, it's difficult.

I haven't actually see anyone do it, so it will be brand new for me in March! I really love the mystery aspect of it to be honest. And if you hate what you get, you can always trade again.

I think the only thing saving me is i only collect the Indian Horses. So that narrows it down quite a bit. But not quite enough. I just budget one in every so often.

I've always tried so hard to limit what I collect. I already collect mini snow globes and I want to collect Jim Shore Disney figures and such but at least with those and Precious Moments and whatnot I have managed to limit myself to strictly Snow White related items which helps. Not so easy to do with Vinylmation.

That's true but you could end up standing there all day to get the one you want.:upsidedow That would be me.

:rotfl: Well, sadly they do limit it to one trade per location per person per day (haha, try saying that 10 times fast). But I think it would be fun to be in possession of new ones each time, even if you don't keep 'em.

I am lucky, I have kept myself from finding something to collect. I need to keep on that it could get too expensive.

Oh jeez I am so guilty when it comes to getting sucked into collecting things. I cleaned my room yesterday and I found that I had so many video game guides that I have collected over the years :rotfl:

I have guides for games that I haven’t even played, its like a sickness or something haha

Well, it is time to go collect my kids from school.

Talk to you all later!! :flower:
