Hi have recently found this forum and it's great! I've just booked to go to Disney next Sept, and am so excited! We're staying at Caribean Beach, flying with Thomson's. I have a question about the free DDP that has been available the last few years. We have got a room booked and 14 days park tickets, would we be eligible for the free DDP if it is offered? Also how do you find out when it is on offer? Does the travel agent add it on?

Welcome Cherub, sorry to be dense but next September, do you mean 2008? I seem to remember they announced the free dining quite a while ago for this year and it would be too late to book it now, can't remember exactly when it was announced but you will surely know about it if you keep reading these boards ready for 2008. You do have to buy the park tickets through the agent which you have done but be aware you can get them a lot cheaper than the TA's offer them if you don't get the dining plan included. As for them offering it I think you would have to badger them into giving it to you.

Hi, it depends on the TA if you get it added, I know that some people were unsuccessful last year at getting the free dining added while others managed to get it.
