It seems like a good trade-off!

The new luggage tags I got the other day are just like the ones I got when I had a package ressie in Sept. '08. I have two other different sets from reservations in previous years. I have some bright colored one from our first visits, '01 or '03. Then I have the "Happiest Celebration on Earth" ones. I'm not sure when I got them. Probably around 2005, because I know we did a package that year at Christmas.

I was just reading over on Theme Parks thread, and someone posted about updated hours for Memorial Day weekend.

I went and checked, and it looks like they added a second showing of Spectro on several nights, and most importantly, they added a second showing of Fantasmic! for that Sunday, Tuesday, and Wednesday nights that we'll be there!

OK---Maybe I got the cart ahead of the horse, as my grandma would have said.

The DIS's home page show a different set of hours from May than I had previously seen. It does show a second F! on the Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday nights while we'll be there.

Just to double-check things, I went over to disneyworld's website. They do not show these second showings of F! or of Spectro. I guess nothing's really positive, until Disney posts it on its website. Just makes me wonder why the DIS has it posted on their calendar.

I sure hope the DIS is right!

There have been occassions in the past when my TA has had information released to her before the official Disney World site has been updated - I think they are just a little slow sometimes to update. Keep checking, I bet it changes

There is only one double showing of Fantasmic while we are there, and that is on our arrival day. We will have time after our dinner at Jiko to head over there and try and see it, I just don't know if I want to or not. I know I should, I've never seen Fantasmic at WDW, just DL, but the thought of fighting that crowd in and out of the theater is just not appealing......

I don't relish the thought of fighting a crowd either, but Michelle---YOU HAVE TO SEE FANTASMIC ! It is so wonderful, in fact it may beat out Wishes for my favorite !

I know! One of these days I will make it a priority. I have seen it - the Disneyland version, which I've heard, from people who have seen both, is better. It was pretty awesome!

I'm confused about the hours like you are. I noticed that thread last night. When I checked them , the only thing that really affected the plan I had in place was that Sunday at DHS for SWW. The park was open till 10 with a F! showing at 10:30. When I went back to DIsney's site today to look at the hours a l ittle further, I noticed that schedule for Sunday the 23rd was back to the previous schedule. I don't know what to think now.
