I don't blame you one iota for not wanting to use the scary creepy clown slide. I'm not even scared of clowns and that one looks just plain weird.

But, like you said, you'll still be at Walt Disney World and maybe, just maybe, you'll get to use the slide before they shut it down.

Clowns + Pool Slides =

The pool will actually close May 2, and is scheduled to reopen in late May. My luck, late May means, May 31. I'm hoping it will reopen some time while we're there.

Sorry to hear about the BC slide. I immediately thought of yesterday when I saw that update in my email yesterday.

Thanks, Megan. My kids were really looking forward to using that slide. Well, foot, to tell the truth, this old woman was thinking it would be pretty fun to slide down that thing!

Me, too, Julia! I won't say I will never go down it, though............I might could work up my courage to do it once! Think how that would boost my DIS reputation.....I'd be the girl who went down the clown slide and lived to tell about it!

Evidently it was just a problem that came up recently. The slide is not as "slippery" as it used to be, so they're trying to correct that.

I completely understand about the getting behind part, Dana! It seems like if I miss one day, much less two days, I am so behind on all my PTRs and TRs!

I had planned for us to hang out around the pool that Monday, because we will probably do late night hours at MK the night before. That will be the 24th
