Hello! I'm new and sooooo excited :)

Just wanted to take a moment to introduce myself and send a HUGE thank you to everyone on these boards.

I've been lurking and reading for well over a month since I decided to book my Thanksgiving week trip. I have never been to Disney before! I'm a married, 31 year old mom of 2, and I have dreamed of Disney for years....many, many years. Sadly, it was pushed to the back burner too many times to count! Although, I have a nice collection of planning VHS and DVDs now

To say I'm beyond ecstatic to finally have a Disney Vacation booked and partially paid for is a huge understatement! I'm obsessed! Madly, insanely obsessed.

I want to thank everyone on these boards that have taken a moment to answer questions for people just like me....the first timer. Thanks to you, I was up this morning @ 6am sharp to make my ADRs. I got every single one I wanted. Would I have done this without the boards? NO WAY! Right before I booked my vacation, I bought the Unofficial Guide and Passporter! Would I have done that without these boards? NO WAY!

These boards are filled with so many tips, hints and secrets! I know my vacation will be more magical than I ever imagined.

Thank you all so much. I can't wait to be in Disney this Thanksgiving!

I know just what you mean; I'm a regular font of info on all things Disney.

My friend is going down with us; my sister leaves a month before. Both keep laughing as I email them new tidbits of information, but they jump right on board. Our husbands pretty much think it's a disease.

Welcome. Your trip will be much more enjoyable because of the information you received on these boards. There were a lot of little things that I learned here that made our trip go easier. Things that saved time, money and stress. I lurked for a long time gathering all these tidbits, then I asked a few questions that I had not found answers for and then I was able to actually answer a few questions for others. So, I hope that you get the answers to all of your questions and that you have a magical trip.
