Ok, you two are totally losing me with your tech talk. I'm so dumb with computers and electronics. That goodness i have a 18 year to help me.

We wont hold it against you! In all honesty I'm not a techy-person. But I know a little about a lot with PhotoShop and love making small somethings now and again.

I was really shy as a kid, and I am thinking that's why I don't know how to act around them now, because I didn't then either, lol.

Yeah, I had to redo it. The first time I did it you couldn't see it. What noise levels have you been doing? This was 11/13/15 and I normally do 9/11/13. I also made it with Snow White, but when you start animating the image quality goes down so I didn't use it.

My noise levels are a lot higher. I tried low ones like that and you couldn't see them at all. Mine are 40/42/44/46/48. I use 5 frames. And I noticed the picture quality change when you animate. The blotch on Mickey's left ear is driving me crazy! But it's not there in PS. I really like the snow white one!

Btw, I don't know if you have Hallmark stores there or not (i'm sure you do) but they are selling really cute Thumper stuffed animals there right now

Hm, must be a difference somewhere else in what were doing. If I did that high it would be insane. Are you doing Uniform or Gaussian (not sure if I spelled that right)?

The distortion is based on how many frames you do. The more frames, the more distortion on the 'still' images because they get piled and piled on top of one another. I try to stick with as few as I can. I used to do 3, now I do 4 with only 3 levels of noise (so I go 1/2/3/2 and then it loops back to 1). If I go back to animating on my PC and saving each individual frame as a separate image and then animating I don't think I had the same problem, but it took so much more time to do.

I think I have been using Uniform. That's what the default setting is and I don't think I've changed that. Maybe I will play with that some tomorrow. And I will see if less frames works better. Now that I know the basics of how to do it, it's easier to play with.

dont worry chrissie i have a heck of a time getting glitter to even work on my photo shop! I can do the noice and the frames, but when i go to save it it like doesn't save right or something and it like does all these wiered things .. and i am just hopeless when it comes to doing the glitter. I am hoping someday someone can walk be through it.. i just don't get what i am doing wrong..

Steph's mom, my sister Kathy is in the hospital. She woke up this morning and couldn't breath and she felt like she couldn't walk. Her DH had to help her go to the bathroom. And then he called the ambulance. She has pneumonia and now they are talking about septis. Totally not sure that is the correct term I am getting this second hand right now. I am going to call the hospital in the morning.
