I am so stinking ticked off. I just called the hospital to ask Kathy's condition and instead of telling me she is stable or whatever they wouldn't tell me anything. I came so close to totally losing it with the nurse on the phone.

I've got an hour before my friend picks me up so we can go for a jog/run in Lafayette. I'm doing laundry until then. When I get back, it'll be time to start my TR and get crackin' on a whole bunch of new siggies.

When I was little I used to love riding bikes on the trail around the Lafayette Resevoir. I was back there as an adult and amazed at how little the dam was, the resevoir, the trail, everything. Everything turned into a minature world.

Do you know what childhood thing I was just reminded of? Trolls. You know those little dolls with the funky hair. I had so many of them. And I actually got a bunch of them on a trip to the states once. I liked the little fancy ones with the jewels in their bellies.

Yeah I think my mom said she had them once too. I ended up throwing mine away eventually. For some reason they got creepy and annoying to me.

They are creepy and annoying but I recently found one that my grandma had given me. I was glad that I found it. It reminded me of how ugly they were.

A couple years ago, McDonald's was selling them in their Happy Meals. A few friends and I were going to go try bingo for the first time, so we bought a few for good luck like all those people who play all the time. We got into a car accident that night. No one was hurt real bad, but I blame the trolls for bad luck.

I am so out of it today I almost forgot the girls get out of school early today. Oh that would not have been pretty at all.
