Okay - I'm not real good at explaining things, but I'll try..

At the top right of this page - where it says "Welcome MSDisney23" - click on Private Messages under your name.

When you get to the page where your PM's are, over on the right check mark all the PM's you want to delete. Scroll down to the end of PM's and you'll see where it says "Move To Folder" - click on that arrow type icon and select "delete" - then click on the "Go" button.

Go back to the top and do the - and click on arrow type icon and look for "Sent Items" - click on that and "Go" - again check off the ones you want to delete and do the same as above.

Then also clear out your "message receipts" the same way..

I'm sure that is as clear as mud, but I'm also sure someone else will come along and explain it better than I.. LOL
