I know I am not from the UK and thus am 'crashing the party' so to speak, but I have a question which is Europe related, and I am afraid that a forum search has proved fruitless.

My question is about the car rental agency 'fifteen02'. In my search for a rental car for next year, I have found that they have the best prices. Has anyone ever used them? Is there someplace I could look to see customer service reviews?

Never heard of them either but for me their prices are no better than regular agents that get discussed often like USrentacar (used twice this year), Airnet.co.uk (using for Oct trip) and www.carhireflorida.net (using for Xmas trip)
Depending on size of car and renatl company you want one of these 3 are usually near top of list for best prices.

I had known about usarentacar, and while they will quote me in Euro, fifteen02 was significantly less expensive, but I see that carhireflorida seems to have the same competitive rates as fifteen02, so I would be appreciative to hear if you have any trouble with them this Christmas.

I also appreciate the link to the money forum about fifteen02... I can only assume that if people were unsatisfied, there would be a lot more out there about them wouldn't there?

Although I have never used carhireflorida.net I know others who have, Elle and Tim who own the site post on DIS, username Elle. Tim asked me to review their newly relaunched site a few weeks ago which I did, found it an easy to use nice site. Will post if any problems but not expecting any.
