Can I transfer my 2004 points to a friends account???

I don't think so - you could only transfer your 2003 at present time.

i've got a related question.

if you had a June use year, and wanted to transfer your 2003 points to another member, would you have to wait until Monday 6/2/03 in order to do the transfer?
