We are leaving in 2 1/2 weeks (yay!) I booked my trip through BJ's because you received a gift card with the booking. Worst thing I ever did!! I always book directly through Disney, so it is really easy to get the information you need. Anyway, I just found out that our ME tickets were never sent and they have no clue as to what the Magic your way packet is.
I called Disney and they could only tell me that they send it to the TA and they in turn send it to me. My TA swears that Disney told her I receive it at check-in. What a nightmare, I have always gotten it in the mail in the past. Anybody out there have the correct information, or is anyone going through the same thing as me.? (sorry for the lengthy explanation)
