Heip With Travel Trailer Please

DH and I are looking to upgrade our travel trailer. We have an older model that is in perfect condition but is just too small as it does not have a slide out. I have been doing extensive research and we are planning on purchasing our new tt at the RV show at the end of this month but after reading a lot of reviews on the new tt's, I am starting to panic. It seems like most are poorly made and have major problems from the start. Is there anyone here that has a newer tt, say 2004 and up with at least 1 slide out and has not had problems with roof leaks or poor workmanship?

I'm starting to have 2nd thoughts about upgrading. We do not travel over the road...we have a lot that we keep it on so towing is not an issue at this time.

Please give me some feedback to ease my mind.

Thanks for the link. It's a great site but it never came up when I was searching for info. I'm really excited about a new tt but guess my nerves are getting jittery at the prospect of making a costly mistake.

We have a Jayco Kiwi 23B (2002 model). We bought it a the Harrisburg RV show in September 2001. We love it. The new ones are called the Jay Feather, and we have been VERY happy with the construction and quality of this camper. You can see it by following the link in my signature below. What type of camper are you looking for? Any particular brands?

We have narrowed it down to Keystone Sprinter, Citation or Jayco Eagle. My biggest requirement is a front kitchen, fs dinette and I really want a slide in the bdrm. DH is rolling his eyes at that...feels we don't really need the extra slide but will give in if I really insist. We do not need a bunkroom as it is just the 2 of us.
