Height Restriction on Spiderman

I've read more conflicting information. What is the restriction on Spiderman? USO site says 42" and themeparks says 40". Does anyone know for sure?

Spder-Man's height requirement is 40 inches.

Thank you, thank you, thank you, Barry! I know that my little guy (40" 3yo) won't be able to do everything that he would like (MIB for example), but I was really hoping he could do Spiderman. When we went to USO 18 months ago I told my husband that we were not returning until Jake was 42" so that he could do all but the thrill rides. I broke my own promise and we are returning in April. It took some talking on my part to convince my husband, however, and since Spidey is my DHs favorite ride it is good that our whole family can go on it together.
