Height requirements?

Planning our second ever trip to Disney World in March. The last one was about 9 years ago. Now we have two kids and I was hoping someone could point me in the direction of height requirements for the rides.

I would like to figure out what places and rides we can use in advance to limit the whining once we are there. lol
