I really wanted to go tomorrow but checking the weather and it’s going to probably be close to 100 degrees o_O Ugh…. I’m such a wimp in the heat:rolleyes:

We'll be there this weekend and I had been looking forward to a cooler trip (our November Dapper Day visit was high-80s) and was so sad to see the forecast, especially with Splash Mountain and GRR down for refurb. Per the LA Times (https://www.latimes.com/california/...ather-on-tap-this-week-in-southern-california), Anaheim had the highest temperature in the nation last Sunday at 85 degrees, so I'm sure they'll be breaking records again tomorrow. We're bringing our swimsuits and will be chilling at the hotel for the hottest part of the day and hopefully appreciating the cooler temperatures and lower crowds from 10-12 pm. But it could be worse -- I could have paid $10,000+ per ticket to sit broiling in an uncomfortable seat in the sun at an outdoor stadium on Sunday for what is poised to be the hottest Super Bowl ever.

It was 85 in Anaheim last Sunday? No way. We were there, arrived around 12:30. It was warm, but didn't feel that warm. Maybe in Anaheim hills...

The good thing about this time of year is the low sun angle. By 3pm, its starting to cool down ans there's plenty of shade, and by 5:30, you need a sweatshirt. Even the last couple days, when it's been in the 90s, by 4:30, there's a chill in the air.

I'm kinda glad we don't have any park reservations this weekend, though. Not a fan of the parks in the heat.

Are temps in the 80's/90's in February normal for the Anaheim area?
We typically get the Santa Ana winds in either January or February, mostly February, and again in April. It doesn't happen every year, but it does happen most years. We just never can predict, though, if and when they will hit. In the latter part of the year we usually get them in November and/or December.
