Heating Oil Prices - Budgets/contracts

Has anyone in the Northeast gotten their contracts/budget plans for this winter yet? I got mine in yesterday they are locking me in at $2.75 a gallon this seems awfully high....anyone else?

I'm surprised that some oil companies are even considering contracts. With the high price of oil I figured that most of the oil companies wouldn't do that this year.
