Heather Locklear arrested for DUI

I just read that Heather Locklear was arrested for DUI for suspicion of driving haphazardly while under influence of controlled substance/ prescription drugs. I know she was in rehab a few months ago for treatment of anxiety and depression. She must be going through a rough time and I hope she gets the help she needs. http://www.people.com/people/article/0,,20229432,00.html

she's not my favorite but I feel bad since it seems like she is going through a rough time in her life. Hopefully she will find the help and peace she needs.

She had one of the better Mug Shots I have seen lately. Much Much Much better than Mel Gibson, Nick Nolte, and the others I have seen. Hope she gets better. She has been one of my favorites since Sammy Jo on Dynasty.

For the life of me, I can't figure out why celebrities get caught driving under the influence.

It seems to happen a lot. I mean, if they have bodyguards, why aren't they doing the driving? Or why don't they call a cab or limo? It's not like these people can't afford it.

The first thing I thought too was how sad. Over the years, besides gossip about her marriage and divorces, she really wasn't one of those stars you heard much bad stff about. I have read so many positive articles about her.

I really hope she gets better, especially for her dd's sake. Didn't Richie Sambora have an alcohol issue as well with quite a few stints in rehab.

Yeah, I really hope this is just a blip in her radar. Though, I have to agree with another poster, I never understood stars getting DUI when they can afford a cab or limo.

Okay tell me who hasn't taken prescription medicine and then driven? Even when you have the caution about operating heavy machinery. It might have been a new med that she wasn't used to, or the dosage changed. Give it a rest.

With her history..especially recently I doubt it.
