Heated pools at POP Century??

My sister and I are taking my 5 year old daughter to Pop for a quick weekend trip-- we are FL residents-- we have never stayed at a Value resort-- always typically choose Moderates--- are there heated pools at Pop? Do we need to bring our own towels? and HOW heated are the pools? thanks---

Another poster says all pools are 82. You can ask lifeguards for towels and maid service will give yu extra if you ask. While the pool is heated, 82 was chilly for my little ones in feb-now if were warmer out, it might not have felt so chilly. But it wasn't ice! The pool theming is cute. Our kids loved the goody jets.

The 3 main pools are all heated - can't say about the kids pool. Unless somethign goes wrong, the water will be plently warm - it's the cool air that will get you.

I don't believe the lifeguards have towels. There are notes saying to bring towels down from your room, and to call housekeeping to bring more towels to your room if you need them.

I always bring our beach towels to WDW with me. Of course, they are Tink, Pooh, and Tigger!!! They are large enough that I can just drape them over our chairs and no one is tempted to move them. otherwise, I would bring towels from the room.

The pools were wonderfully warm when we went in Dec. (although the air was very cool). We called Mousekeeping and asked for extra towels each day for swimming and each day, they were brought.

Another question about Pop pools. How deep are they?

In the Hippy dippy pool, I believe center of the pool was 5 feet deep. THat is the only one we got in during our trip in November. The water was warm, but the air temps a bit chilly certain days.
