heat rashes

Last year my daughter who is 13 developed big rashes on legs and arms. She has crohn's and we thought it might be related to that. However it seems to only occur during the warm sunny hot weather. Brought her to the dr's both down in Florida and up north.

Besides their input I would be interested in any one who had similar experience and how you handled it.

Since Chris started his new job (mowing grass), he's developed them. They were pretty bad at first. Try some benedryl creme. That seemed to ease the pain for a bit. I guess now that he's finally getting used to the heat and humidity it's not as bad.

i get heat rash pretty frequently in the summer if i'm not wearing sunscreen (and even sometimes if i am). benadryl cream doesn't make them go away immediately, but at least it helps the itching. i haven't really found anything that works 100%.
