This is one of my grips with Disney. We are used to healthier, lighter breakfast options back home in NYC. You'll be lucky to find an egg-white wrap anywhere. Every breakfast spot is Mickey waffles, eggs, bacon etc. They will sometimes offer a tofu sausage and call it the healthy option, which is really only helpful to anyone that's a vegetarian. There are some healthy in-park options I will admit, but it's really lacking at the resorts. I spent this morning looking at literally every QS breakfast spot just to be disappointed. We're on our last day and needed something light after gorging ourselves all week!
