Does anyone have a budget friendly ??fun?? snack idea that I could send in for a 4th grade party? It needs to be classified healthy and nut free. I am also sending in a case of water.

Pretzels are already claimed and the kids will be decorating Sugar cookies. The mom organizing it (I agree) would like to have things individually wrapped so what they don't eat they can take home.

**** I will be dropping it off before school starts with DD as I need to go to work. No refrigeration ****

Thanks for any suggestion. I need to go shopping the night of April 18th. Prep night the 19th. Delivery the 20th.

grapes. wash them, pick them off the stems and put enough for each student in a ziploc bag.

bananas or clementines, whole

individual serving size boxes of raisins

grapes. Easy to pack, good frozen, cold or warm. Healthy-lots of fiber and vitamins.

Grapes. In a ziplock bag with a pipecleaner wrapped around the middle. Makes a butterfly. :flower3:

My class' favorite treat/reward.... A bottle of water and a crystal light mix-in. Or a little cuite/clementine.

My kids love the little boxes of yogurt covered raisens! The grapes as a butterfly idea is very cute too!

I love the idea of the butterfly and the crystal light. Hopefully Aldi's has the grapes or they are on sale.

string cheese, veggies and dip, tortillas and salsa, fuit salad, jello jigglers made iwth sugar free jello, chese chunks.

Love the butterfly idea! Stealing it for my DD's kindy bday snacks on Friday.:thumbsup2 Thank you! I wanted something healthy and easy.

For all my daughter's classroom parties I send strawberries dipped in chocolate. I use only a little chocolate, so it isn't so much sugar. I use the biggest strawberries I can find. That way the chocolate to strawberry ratio is low. The kids, parents and teachers LOVE them. The kids think they are getting candy, I know they are getting a nice dose of Vit c and fiber.
