Healthiest meals to be ordered at Akerhaus and Marakesh

Have lunch ARs at both. First time eating at both.
What's the healthiest meals that I can order?

IMO: I have had the veggie main dish w/ the rice ( i usually eat light for dinner & make up for it on dessert ) & I thought it was terrific... My Dh has eaten almost everything in there and his favorite was the lamb (I personally dont eat it and really do not know how healthy lamb is for you)

My guess at Marrakesh would be the chicken kebabs. Nothing on that menu really seems that bad for you though. I can't tell you about the other, as I haven't been there in ages.

I ate at Marrakesh and, other than dessert and some appetizers, pretty much everything is fairly healthy. It's meat, spices and couscous.
