I guess I am just one of the weirdos but I don't want to eat healthy on vacation. If you really want to just eat lots of salads and stuff like that.
I don't eat them ever. I just hate the bland tastes and stuff. However the grilled chicken is always a good way to go I like brown rice too. Have you thought about buying somethings from target. Maybe little cups of brown rice from rice a ronie or something?
I am a meats and potato's girl. Have been since birth.
But I have been eating less and limiting my soda intake and over the last year I lost 15-20 lbs just from changing what I eat and walking more.
I don't like diets but defiantly wouldn't keep a diet while at Disney land even if I were on one.

) I grab the fresh almond butter and peanut butter ground fresh from the machine. You put it in small plastic containers which are easy to bring into the park. We get a whole grain loaf, fresh fruit, snacks (unsalted almonds, raisins, organic trail mix, whole wheat crackers), soft cheese and breakfast items (whole grain cereal, unsweetened almond milk, carob chips, organic muffins from their bakery, bananas).
And it makes everyone tired to drink and eat sugar all day. Skip the easy grab snacks and bring your own!
