Healthiest food options? I need help!

I guess I am just one of the weirdos but I don't want to eat healthy on vacation. If you really want to just eat lots of salads and stuff like that.
I don't eat them ever. I just hate the bland tastes and stuff. However the grilled chicken is always a good way to go I like brown rice too. Have you thought about buying somethings from target. Maybe little cups of brown rice from rice a ronie or something?
I am a meats and potato's girl. Have been since birth.
But I have been eating less and limiting my soda intake and over the last year I lost 15-20 lbs just from changing what I eat and walking more.
I don't like diets but defiantly wouldn't keep a diet while at Disney land even if I were on one.

I've been to DLR while on a strict diet (just for vanity reasons) and still had a great time.

As one PP said, we always go to Whole Foods. (And if you park in the parking structure they have a golf cart to truck you back and forth to your car with your groceries which my DD loves :lovestruc) I grab the fresh almond butter and peanut butter ground fresh from the machine. You put it in small plastic containers which are easy to bring into the park. We get a whole grain loaf, fresh fruit, snacks (unsalted almonds, raisins, organic trail mix, whole wheat crackers), soft cheese and breakfast items (whole grain cereal, unsweetened almond milk, carob chips, organic muffins from their bakery, bananas).
They also have adult juice boxes with no sugar added and flavored waters you can bring in.

All of the TS restaurants will accomodate your needs so just bring your own snacks and you will be fine. Don't do any salad dressings, ask for oil and vinegar with a side of lemon wedges, tell them you are allergic to butter and need everything cooked in olive oil so you won't get any extra fat or salt. And stick to protein and veggies (Salmon and veggies, chicken and veggies).

My FAV is the Shrimp Louie in DCA, get it with the bread on the side. Enough protein and greens to last you through the day!

I was on a mission to lose 20lbs and Disneyland came right in between and I didn't sway from the healthy eating and maintained.

We usually try to eat healthy in DLR anyway because I hate being glutinous just because we are on vacation  And it makes everyone tired to drink and eat sugar all day. Skip the easy grab snacks and bring your own!

I've done a Whole30 and eaten Paleo while at Disneyland. It's doable, but not easy.

I definitely agree with the suggestions of French Market and Rancho Del Zocalo. Zocalo has the best chicken and you can ask for double veggies (instead of rice or beans), which is nice. I would suggest packing your own dressing if you are going to be doing salads. I also always pack nuts and such with me in my bag so I don't get super hungry (if i do, i'm more likely to say screw it and eat something that I will regret later.)

At the TS restaurants, the best for me were Ariel's Grotto and Blue Bayou. Avoid Rain Forest Cafe (because apparently when I said no cheese, they thought it was still cool to but parmesan on top of my green beans *sigh*).

This is such a tough question because "healthy" means different things to different people. We are vegetarians and we are able to find plenty of options, but we have to eat more grease, sugar, salt, dairy and "white" processed grains than we ever would at home.

We have to just chalk some of it up to being on vacation (we do bring in some of our own snacks too).

Scour the menus on here and Allears and see what matches your diet. We like the Mexican places because you can more easily leave things off a dish.
