Health club at DL Hotel

Does anyone have any information about the Health club at the DL Hotel... Hours???? What sorts of machines do they have... did you find it to be crowded when you were there?? Any other information would be great. Thanks!

The Health Club is tucked in a small building "behind" the quiet pool, between Goofy's Kitchen and the Koi Pond. Looking through the window from a distance, it looks like it has a few pieces of equipment.

I haven't been in there myself, but you know - comparing health clubs would make a great blog entry for the DIS and a great show segment!
