This makes me wonder for those that aren't as savvy as you and @VGCgroupie to catch missing points, do they just lose them in the end without even noticing?

I am sure there are a lot of people that just trust the system will do the right thing and dont really keep track especially if modifying and reallocating all the time like I do!

I don't know if this is an entirely new issue or a continuation of the "system update" problems, but here's my issue today:

We have a June UY. (It always cheers me up when the new UY rolls around and there are more points are displayed for future trips. ) When I looked--everything was good for 2025, 2026 and 2027, but it's displaying Jun 2028 0 available (and 0 in holding). I waited a couple of days for the issue to resolve itself, but it didn't. Today I reported the problem to member services.

Member services said they will forward it to the IT department. The CM said as far as she knows, It only impacts June UYs.

MS called and came through!!

My points are all correct now.

For some reason the second set of OTUP from MB BOGO was put in as a transfer and that was affecting the order that it was taking points.
Previously I did not have banked any points when making the reservation at the 7 month window so now it was pulling from the recently banked points that I had freed up instead of the OTUP since the system saw them as transferred points.

They still couldn't explain how contracts I had selected to use were not checked or the lock on the ones being used but at this point I'm just happy to have my points correct!!

That’s good! The BoGO free points do come in in two contracts. I got the 24

One does say OTU for 12 and the other said transferred 12.

And the system won’t let you use transferred points before banked and borrowed.

So, in your case, sounds like they had to do some relabeling to get it pull in order, no matter the order you hafe checked.

Yep… same with my June UY, zero for 2028. Not that I can use them yet anyway, but the glitchiness does bother me.

Points were technically still there if I wanted to make another reservation I could check that contract and use them but since transferred and OTUP don’t show up on your dashboard and I had originally booked with these BOGO OTUP my dashboard should have been correct. Since I ended up banking points those were used instead of the OTUP so my dashboard was not showing the correct amount of points as it was off by 24 points.

I still have no idea how the contracts I said to pull the points from initially were unchecked and neither did MS
