Confirmed. My DD was in Boo To You in 2010 and 2011 and he was much slower in 2011.

And he fell in 2012 at the party after ours. (Luckily was ok!). Our party he didn't get to ride at all

I'm busy scoping out locations for our MNSSHP night now I want to get great pics of the Horesman and Hallowishes, so I'm trying to plan both my parade spot and then where I want to move to for fireworks. So much thinking involved! (but that's half the fun for me!)
