Headed to The World Again in Fall

We've decided to go ahead (with serious Next Gen related reservations,) to go ahead with our annual Fall Break trip to WDW and keeping our bounce back reservations that we usually make. What are the best resources for getting reliable park hours for end of Sept and first of Oct? Touringplans site is down this morning and Disney has not seen fit to release them on the official Disney site yet!
Sorry if this has already been asked but I did a quick Google and got a bunch of what I would call unofficial sites and wanted some input from you folks.....

EasyWDW is reliable. Hours will likely change some between now and then anyway.

I'm concerned about Tuesday Sept 30. Traditionally Tuesday is a MNSSHP night but it's showing MK open 9-9. Also it's showing that no Main St parade that night. Hate to schedule this as a MK day with ADR (and #%€$& Fast Pass at 60 days) and find that it's later added as a Halloween Party night!

We will know about May 1 if it is a MNSSHP night when MNSSHP dates are released. I agree that Sep 30 will likely be one.
