Our very first grandchild!!! He is adorable and my husband and I are totally in love with the little guy!!! I have such love for our own three children and I never dreamed it was possible to have that kind of love for any other babies. Well, I now know it's possible!

Presenting baby Carter! His middle name is our last name and his last name is his mom and dad's last name. Carter came into the world yesterday at 2:53pm, weighing 9lbs. 1oz. (he was the smallest baby born at the hospital yesterday! ) He was 21 inches long. Mom and baby are doing great, dad is ectastic, and like I said, my husband and I are on cloud nine. So are our other two kids. Oldest son is now an uncle and youngest daughter is an aunt.

In the pictures, Carter is a couple of hours old. We're off to the hospital to visit daughter, husband, and our sweet grandson, Carter, again!
