HDDR? Yes or No? UPDATED: We went, photos inside.

We have never done the Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue before but there is a table for two tonight open and we are considering it. What do you think? I want the good, the bad and everything in between. It's a chunk of money but if it's worth it or you'll think we'll have a good time we just might go. Thanks in advance.

We've been twice. Had lots of fun both times. Liked the food.even though it's just fried chicken and ribs.
We reccomend it. Go, participate in the show and have a good time.

My family and I went in 2006 and we all had a great time! It was definitely a fun must-do show!

Boy, am I jealous that you'll be at the HDDR tonight!

We just called and snagged the last table. =o)

So from what I've read tables are preassigned so there is no need to be there early, correct?

Also I was told I must pick up my tickets before hand at any WDW resort guest services, Ft. Wilderness has one correct in the main area?

Also anything else we should know? Thanks!

I believe you are correct about the pre-assigned tables, but don't take a chance on being late, because they will give your table away to a walk-in!

I am not familiar with the resort guest area, so I can't answer that question. I would suppose there was one since people do need to check-in there when they stay there.

So we went last night and had a great time! The ribs were yummy and the show was pretty funny. We will be back to HDDR again in the future. Here are a few photos...

It was about 40 degrees outside and somehow we managed to get there super early even though we tried not too and waited for quite some time in the cold. =o)

John got to enjoy the unlimited drinks as I was picked to drive but the hot chocolate was just as nice.

Some of the food we had, only thing missing is the bread/salad and strawberry shortcake. Ribs were very good.
