Hawiian banana nut bread.

Is fresh out of the oven and oh so good. I just made some. I'd never had it before but ran across the recipe I'm so glad I did. Anyone want some? :goodvibes
 
3 cups All Purpose Flour
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup chopped walnuts
3 eggs
1 cup oil
2 cups mashed bananas
8 oz pineapple
2 teaspoons vanilla

Mix all dry ingredents and add to the combined wet ones.
bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

should fill 2 loaf pans.
 

I have to say that he bread was very, very good! I'm lucky to have a kid that is such a good cook!!

Question: what kind of pineapple do you use? Crushed??

She used the chunked pineapple, that way you get good heafty bites of it.
 
Did she drain the juice or add it in?

I just copy/pasted/e-mailed to myself and saved in my recipe folder. ha ha ha
Please indicated if can of pineapples are to be drained or not...... :confused3

Yes, I believe she drained the pineapple.
