To answer your question, I used the TUG classified listings. I posted what I was looking for but I also monitored the for rent listings. We have a contract and we have sent everything via priority mail with signature required.

I have available if anyone is interested, 1br/1ba at Sands of Kahana in Maui. Floating week, so you can pick when you want to go. Go to the TUG site, Sands is number 7 on the list of Hawaiian Resorts. Will trade for a trip to one of the Disney resorts. Not actively trying to make this trade, just trying to help someone that would be interested.
