Having trouble with website

For the last week I haven't been able access the website. It keeps saying the site is not available. Anyone else having problems?

I just got off the phone with DVC MS Tech Srvcs...took almost an hour. I haven't been able to log on for a few days..kept getting 'bad 1st attempt', 'bad 2nd attempt' and so on. I tried everything, but it sure didn't like the ID that I had been using for over 6 years. So called MS, and they sent me over to Tech Srvcs. They told me that for 'some reason' the site wasn't liking the email address IDs anymore. Now, for the life of me, why would a system arbitrarily decide to 'not like' particular IDs anymore??? So, the Tech CM had me try another ID....one that I didn't even know I used for official Disney stuff...goofy4tink!! THen, they had me have the password sent to my email. turns out it was a password from years ago....my old DVC logon password but not one associated with goofy4tink. It was a mishmosh of user names and passwords. Makes one a wee bit suspicious to say the least.

But, I have been able to log on. They were never able to give me a definitive reason for the mess up. I truly think IT did it somehow in some of their 'testings'.

Goofy4tink - boo! I'm having the same problem - bad 1st attempt, etc. I do not have an hour to spend on the phone with them!

I also have a bunch of user names because I had them send those to me (they send you a laundry list of every name you've ever used on any Disney site - so it includes ones my kids have set up, and me).

But I have used the same DVC and Disney site passwords for years and never had a problem until yesterday.

Sounds just like my issue. Not fun at all. Sounds way too murky to be a simple glitch. I really think something was done at DVC end at IT.
