Having trouble using online reservation system?

Anyone else?

I already have reservations but need to change them. I'll have to call and do it but was wondering if the customer service rep. will give me attitude for having 2 reservations each on 2 different nights.

I'm planning the entire trip for 2 families and we couldn't come to a decision on a couple of them so I made a couple different reservations but am ready to cancel one of them and free it up.

If it is saying you have no reservations, try typing in one of your confirmation numbers. It should then bring up all of the reservations under that name. You have the option of deleting. I had the same problem and that worked for me.
