Having trouble logging into the Disneyland App.

I'm running Android 7.1. Downloaded the Disneyland App, but can't log in. It keeps asking me to log in again to confirm my ID, over and over and over when I try to use the portion of the app where I have to make a purchase. I can see the map with wait times, but can't use it to make a purchase. I don't think it's a matter of not actually being in a park as it didn't work when I was in Disneyland and DCA over the New Years holiday. I've deleted and re-installed the app several times to no effect. I've exchanged emails with Disney tech support, but they eventually gave up and apologized. Any help would be appreciated. I hope this is the right place to post this. Thanks.
