Having trouble getting into a dialysis center in Celebration, FL

My husband is on hemodialysis and we have a tripped planned for this August. I asked his social worker to schedule his dialysis months ago but she told me she had to wait until the end of May. Now she is telling me the dialysis center in Celebration is full and cannot accept him. They are trying to find slots for him at other centers but will not know if he has a spot for at least a couple of weeks. Is this normal? Has anyone not been able to get a spot for hemodialysis while at WDW?
