Having Trouble Finding Availability in September

I am trying to book either the Animal Kingdom Lodge or the Wilderness Lodge for sometime in September.....my dates are real flexible, but every date I try on the Disney website claims there is no availability. Is there something going on that I don't know?? We are going to the Poly in May, but I really can't afford that again in September. Any tips??

I think a lot of people booked the bounce back free dining in September and others have booked for September in hopes of free dining being offered to the public during that time.

I would call reservations directly. I booked AKL on Monday for 9 nights with no problems. Have you tried all of the different types of rooms or is there one you want specifically? That may be the problem.
We booked a pool view and had no problems

I'm not trying for September but it keeps kicking me back to the beginning after I try to book.

I just booked 5 nights at WL woods view for Sept 9-13 without a problem. There seemed to be all options except standard available. AKL was also open with all rooms available. I looked online first then called Disney direct. Hope this helps.
