On my trip a couple days ago, my boyfriend's magic band had some technical difficulties. It basically pulled the wrong ticket when we were entering parks, leaving him without a park hopper on our last day.
The castmember that helped us, although she was very nice, told us rather sternly that we are supposed to have them "checked for priority settings" by "any castmember" before using them. I've been planning for months and haven't seen this protocol anywhere. Is this a normal thing?
