Having things delivered to VB on arrival?

I can't remember where I have seen the info - or maybe I'm dreaming it - but somewhere I thought there was info on a selection of things that could be delivered to rooms on arrival (like a fruit platter- or champagne) - at VB in particular. I am bringing my parents with us next week and I was thinking of having something waiting for them in their room, but can't seem to find the info....

Where vb family talks about:
"If you call in-room dining at the resort they can make up all sorts of special things to put in your room before you arrive

Choc. strawberries and champagne
Special baskets for the kids with food or beach towels and cameras.
Fruit and cheese plates or baskets
A "conch shell" plate where they use brown sugar for the sand and make edible shells and other nautical type things to eat

I thought this was kind of nice to know that you can enjoy this while you are at the resort or even call ahead and have it in your room when you arrive."

I was formeryly known as "vbfamily" but am no longer due to a HUGE computer meltdown.

I have a sheet that lists everything they do at VB.

Wedding/Honeymoon Ammenity $125.00-Tuxedo Strawberries, Gourmet Fruit and Cheese Basket and Champagne

Junior or Large Snack Attack $45.00/$65.00

Birthday/Anniversary or Congrat Plate with cake $9.00

Small or Large DVC Logo Picnic Basket $35.00/$50.00-contents not included

Bottle of House Champagne with Tuxedo Strawberries $55.00

There are several things they have for children (treasure baskets, photo baskets, beach pails filled with stuff, etc.) but I won't list those because you said it was your parents.

They also have things listed that you can use to "build your own" basket. Jelly beans, cashews, mickey chocolate buttons, wine, champagne, DVC beach towels, DVC water bottles, refillable mugs, etc.

They ask for 24 hours notice.

She said they can do much more than this with notice. I wanted to have a plate of strawberry pralenes (sp?) waiting for my DH because he loves them.

Call the resort at 772-234-2000 and ask the operator for in-room dining and they are the ones that handle all of this. They can have it in your room when you arrive or shortly thereafter.

I had the CM mail me the list that I am describing above. I'm sure she would be more than happy to fax it to you so you could pick something for your parents. I will also mail or fax it to anyone who wants it.

Tax and gratuity are added to all prices that I listed.

I've always wanted the choc. mickey and tuxedo strawberries - so maybe I'll order one for myself!

We're going next week - only for 3 days which I'm sure isn't enough - but better than nothing.
