Having the hotel hold your luggage?

We are staying onsite and want to have the hotel hold our luggage while we spend checkout day at IOA. Can we bring the luggage downstairs to bell service ourselves or do we have to call them to come to our room?

You can bring it down. We just did this on Thurs. at HRH since our plane didn't leave until 7pm.
