Having surgery tomorrow...

........Wish me luck! I am having my deviated septum fixed and a little more done. I'm pretty nervous, the idea of anesthesia doesn't do much for me and the fear of the dog hitting my nose or my dh rolling over in bed and hitting my nose or Jack wanting a hug and hitting my nose or Megan helping me pull back my hair and hitting my nose......anyway, you get the picture, I'm afraid of reinjuring my nose! You'll be seeing a lot more of me for the next week anyway!

Well my thoughts are with you for a fast recovery. I had this surgery in december. The first few days were rough, but the outcome has been great!!!!! Haven't had sinus problems since and come to think of it not even so much as a runny nose!!! My best advice to you would be to make sure you have plenty of ice around and rubber gloves. Crush the ice and put it in the glove and then put the glove findgers over the bridge of your nose as quickly as possible.

Thanks everybody.... I'm kinda nervous now because the little hospital I'm going to had my name as "Loveli" instead of Loreli. I hope they know they're fixing my nose (luckily I only have one so they can't get them mixed up!)
